The definition or explanation of the given word is written so that it is both informative and easy to understand and is accompanied by photographs. The author includes Fun Facts about Christmas at the end of the book and also provides a glossary of unfamiliar words (example - anticipation) and additional resources.
The kids, ages 4 and 6 enjoyed this book and it was "just right" in the amount of info given, especially for my 4 year old.
